At CP Jewelers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Return
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with tags, certificate(s), and invoice.
- Items must not be altered, resized, or customized in any way.
Note:
Returns are not accepted for custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Made-to-order/customized jewelry
- Products purchased on final sale/clearance
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer care at [your@email.com] or [phone number] with your order ID and reason for return.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide a Return Authorization and pickup instructions.
- Ensure the item is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
We recommend using the original shipping box with protective material inside.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- In case of payment via COD, we’ll issue a refund via UPI or bank transfer.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- In all other cases, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
6. Exchange Option
You may also choose to exchange the item for another product of equal or higher value by paying the difference. Exchange is subject to stock availability.
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photographs or video of the item and packaging.
- We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as applicable.
